PHEFUMLA is a six-week immersive exploration of breath, voice, and ancestral wisdom. Through guided practices, dialogue, and embodied learning, participants reconnect with breath as a bridge between body, spirit, and the intelligence of life itself. Rooted in African cosmology and informed by contemporary understanding of breath, sound, and the nervous system, the journey invites participants into a deeper relationship with themselves, their lineage, and the living world.
