Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for all PHILA Holistic offerings, including courses, sessions, events, and digital content.

1. General Approach

PHILA Holistic values commitment, presence, and mutual respect.
When you book an offering, you are reserving a space that cannot be easily filled by others. This policy exists to honour both your investment and the integrity of the work.

2. Courses (Including PHEFUMLA)

  • Payments for courses are generally non-refundable once the course has begun

  • If you cancel before the course start date, you may request:

    • A partial refund (less an administrative fee), or

    • A credit toward a future cohort

  • If you are unable to continue after the course has started, refunds are not provided, but we may offer partial credit at our discretion

3. 1:1 Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once, subject to availability

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions, are non-refundable

​

4. Events & Workshops

  • Tickets for events and workshops are generally non-refundable

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person (with prior notice)

  • In some cases, credit toward a future event may be offered at our discretion

5. Digital Content (Audio, Recordings, Online Materials)

  • All purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable

  • If you experience technical issues accessing content, we will assist in resolving them

​

6. Cancellations by PHILA Holistic

In the unlikely event that an offering is cancelled or rescheduled by PHILA Holistic, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to a future offering

​

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes.
Requests for refunds or adjustments outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with care and discernment.
